Large framed woven fibre artwork reflecting the mesmerising patterns and texture of soft sand. Crafted with almost 600 individual pieces of recycled cotton cord in a neutral, soothing colour palette of cream and beige to help ground the energy in a space for calm and relaxation.
This piece was inspired by the miles of golden sandy beaches at Hayle Towans, Cornwall. I wanted to channel the serene, blissful feeling of walking barefoot on sun warmed sand to create an artwork that invites a sense of peace into your home.
Use a soft brush or lightly run a lint roller over the piece to remove dust when necessary.
